General Appointments Fees
We are largely an appointment-based practice so, when possible, it is advised to call ahead to make an appointment or make an appointment online if you are an existing patient. We will always try to accommodate walk-ins as best we can, although there may be more of a wait. Emergencies will be given priority.
A phone appointment can be made via Reception. A short non-urgent message relating to your previous/following consultation can be taken down at Reception and conveyed to the GP.  Emergency telephone calls will always be put through to the GP immediately.
If you require non-emergency medical assistance outside of business hours, please call our contracted locum after-hours medical service on 02 8724 6300. This service is bulk billed for those who hold a valid Medicare card and a report will be sent to your usual GP. If you require urgent help, please call 000.

We offer telehealth (phone or video) consultations if you have had a face-to-face consultation with us withing the last 12 months. Please make sure the practice has all your current details to process your Medicare rebate for you. Telehealth (video) consultations incur a small amount of third-party fees in addition to regular face to face consultations.  You can book a telehealth appointment with your regular GP through our reception during business hours or through our website using our online booking system.
Yes, it is practice policy for every vaccination to be booked with both a GP and a nurse, as Medicare requires all vaccinations to be overseen by a doctor. In most cases, this will be a very short visit with your doctor and the nurse will administer the vaccination.
